Why do you enjoy working at Fletcher Arms? “I love the community of people here. My co-workers and our customers are all people I enjoy being around and interacting with. It’s a great feeling to help and learn from everyone at Fletcher Arms.”

Background? “I grew up around firearms because my father was an avid hunter. In spite of that and 23 years active duty in the Air Force, I really had very little experience with firearms. I took up shooting as a hobby and brought my three adult children to Fletcher Arms for their first training course. Watching their intimidation and fear of firearms transform into understanding and respect had me hooked.”

Why are you passionate about firearms? “I’m more passionate about a person’s right to self defense. A firearm in the hands of a well-trained person simply enables them to exercise that right.”
