Why did you decide to buy Fletchers? “I always wanted to follow in my Fathers’ entrepreneurial shoes. I had investigated other opportunities and ended up using the expertise of a business broker to find something suitable. I started the process in January of 2008 and signed the papers on February 21st. It’s been a whirlwind ride ever since!”

Background? “I started running the business with almost no knowledge of firearms or all the back end tasks. I was very lucky that Terry had been here for decades and took me under his wing and taught me all about firearms. Sharon Fletcher handled all the back end business duties and was great in getting me up to speed on the basics during the transition.”

Why are you passionate about firearms? “I love dispelling the myths and negative thoughts people have about guns. Watching my Mom shoot a Tommy gun and have a huge smile break out on her face is just one great memory!”
