All firearms that cross our gunsmithing bench incur a $35 minimum diagnostics fee. This covers a full inspection and any work to document issues and prepare a written quote for any additional work.
Professional Gunsmith Cleaning
Field Strip and Cleaning | $40
Field stripping, cleaning, and reassembly of a firearm.
Complete Cleaning | $75-$95
Complete disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, and reassembly of a firearm.
professional Optics and sighting
Bore Sighting | $15 - $30
Alignment of your firearm's bore with your optics or sights. Cost is $15 if sights are purchased at Fletcher Arms, $30 if purchased elsewhere.
Optic Installation & Bore Sighting | $45-$75
Professional installation of a new sight or red dot on your firearm and alignment of the optic. Cost is $45 if optic is purchased at Fletcher Arms, $75 if purchased elsewhere.
Zero Red Dot | $20 - $40 (+ammo)
Zeroing of a red dot on the range. Cost is $20 if optic is purchased at Fletcher Arms, $40 if purchased elsewhere. Ammo required for zeroing process will incur an additional charge, can supply own ammo.
Zero Rifle Scope | $30 - $50 (+ammo)
Zeroing of a rifle scope on the range. Cost is $30 if optic is purchased at Fletcher Arms, $50 if purchased elsewhere. Ammo required for zeroing process will incur an additional charge, can supply own ammo.
Professional Maintenance
Test Firing | $15 (+ammo)
Safe test firing of a firearm to ensure proper working order. Can provide own ammo.
Live Round Removal | $75+
Safe removal of a stuck live round from a firearm. Minimum cost of $75.
Maintenance Rebuild | $180
Professional rebuild of a firearm. A complete disassembly, deep clean, lubrication, safety check, and rebuild will be completed. Includes new springs and gas rings.
Advanced Repair | $90/hr
Any other advanced repair work for a firearm, not including required replacement parts. Billed hourly at $90/hr.
Pistol-mounted optics gunsmithing
Pistol Optics Install | $20-$45
Installation of any pistol-mounted optics. Any required milling or machining work is not included. Cost will be $20 if optic is purchased at Fletcher Arms, or $45 if purchased elsewhere.
Slide Optic Milling | $190+
Milling or machining of a pistol slide to accept optics mounting. Pricing starts at $190.
Professional Accessory gunsmithing
Install Accessory Handrail | $45+
Installation of any type of accessory handrail, rifle fore end, free floating gas tubes, or other related parts.
Install Aftermarket Parts | $65/hr
Installation of any aftermarket firearms accessories. Priced hourly at $65/hr.
Muzzle Break Install | $55-$75
Installation of new muzzle break on a firearm. Price subject to condition of any existing muzzle devices. Application of Rockset will be an additional $10 charge.
Other Professional Gunsmithing Work
Pattern Shotgun | $30 (+ammo)
Firing and patterning of a shotgun with ammo of your choosing. Cost begins at $30, can provide own ammo.
Threading Rifle Barrel | $190+
Threading of a rifle barrel to a specific setting to enable the rifle to accept muzzle devices. Cost begins at $190.
Custom AR Rifle Build | $65/hr
Have our professional gunsmiths assemble your custom AR build. Cost is $65/hr with customer-provided parts.
Offsite Gunsmithing Work
Before any firearms are taken to an offsite, third party, or manufacturer for any work, customers will be notified that the firearm will be leaving our store. At this time, we will also do our best to work with the relevant offsite team to quote for any additional parts or labor expected.
